I started to see Peggy a year after the birth of my first baby. Becoming a mother had brought up so many issues that I'd had since childhood and it got to the point where they were really affecting my daily life so I decided it was time to work through them. I'd done a little NLP training with my life coaching diploma and I wanted to use practical techniques to get effective results so decided to begin therapy with Peggy. She not only is amazing at intuitively connecting to your needs in the moment, but she also has a warmth that made me feel safe and nurtured during what could have been a really difficult process.
